As the management of Royal Falcon, then we are committed to fulfill the following company objectives;

We constantly review and continually develop our objectives for the customers' benefit through our internal audits, customer comments cards, and in-house non-punitive reporting system.

Within the different departments, all process, structures and work sequences are documented in our corporate manuals, which are constantly reviewed and worked to improve.

We undertake to continually develop quality and quality philosophy within the different departments.

All departments are committed to keep safety in mind in whatever they do, particularly:

1)       With respect to the human factors in the aviation context.

2)       When encouraging employees to report safety, security, and quality related issues as part of the non-punitive reporting system adopted.

3)       Quality, security, and safety standards and specifications are the duty of every employee of the need for employees to cooperate with the auditors.

Our internal safety, quality, and security systems take account national and international rules and regulations, and the IOSA standards. It is geared towards the avoidance of errors, constant improvement of all services and the resultant cost benefits.

All staff at all levels are involved in the implementation of safety, quality, and security standards at all levels.
